Knology to start roadshow Monday for $280 million 10-year offering

St. Louis, Feb. 19 - Knology Inc. will start a roadshow Monday for a $280 million offering of 10-year senior notes (Caa2/CCC-), a syndicate source said.

The roadshow is expected to wrap up on March 2.

UBS Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering. Jefferies & Co. is the co-manager.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt and for general corporate purposes.

The company is a West Point, Ga., provider of interactive communications and entertainment services.
