Malaysia's KNM gets more time to sell $350 million exchangeable bonds

New York, Dec. 3 - KNM Group Bhd. said that its subsidiary, KNM Capital Sdn. Bhd., obtained a one-year extension to Nov. 29, 2009 to issue up to $350 million of exchangeable bonds.

KNM Group is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries are involved in integrated systems design and engineering, international procurement and manufacture of process equipment for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based KNM Capital is KNM's financial hub for the centralizing of all funding.

Aseambankers Malaysia Bhd. is the lead manager.
