Company sells 10 million shares through direct public offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 18 - KM Wedding Events Management, Inc. priced a $3 million initial direct public offering of stock, according to a Form S-1 filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 10 million common shares at $0.30 apiece.
Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures relating the growth and expansion of the company's business in the United States.
The wedding services provider is based in Dublin, Calif.
