Tacoma, Wash., May 28 – Klovern AB issued SEK 700 million of four-year floating-rate senior notes, according to a company news release.
The interest rate is Stibor plus 425 basis points.
Danske Bank, Nordea and Swedbank were the bookrunners.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The Stockholm-based real estate company said it will apply for the new bonds to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's Corporate Bond List.
