Klovern sells SEK 1 billion tap of Stibor plus 400 bps green bonds

Portland, Ore., Jan. 24 – Klovern AB announced in a Thursday press release that it has done a SEK 1 billion tap of its three-month Stibor plus 400 basis points senior unsecured green bond loan due April 2022.

Danske Bank, Nordea and Swedbank were the bookrunners.

The Stockholm-based real estate company intends to use the proceeds in accordance with its green bond framework.
