By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Oct. 15 – Sweden’s Klovern AB appointed Nordea and Swedbank as financial advisers to investigate market conditions for a SEK 250 million add-on to its hybrid bonds, subject to market conditions, according to a Monday press release.

There is SEK 800 million of the issue outstanding, the company stated.

In addition, Klovern may further investigate the conditions for an issue of krona-denominated senior unsecured bonds following the potential add-on.

The prospective issuer is a real estate company based in Sweden.
