Portland, Ore., June 14 – Sweden-based real estate company Klövern AB announced in a Thursday press release that it priced SEK 800 million of three-month Stibor plus 600 basis points perpetual floating-rate hybrid bonds.
Earlier in the month the company announced it would seek to place up to SEK 1 billion.
Nordea and Swedbank were the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be applied as cash on the balance sheet.
