Sweden’s Klövern announces possible issue of krona-denominated subordinated hybrid bonds

Portland, Ore., June 8 – Sweden-based real estate company Klövern AB announced in a Friday press release that it has appointed Nordea and Swedbank as financial advisers to investigate market conditions for an issue of hybrid bonds, which are subordinated to Klövern's outstanding senior bonds.

An offering of up to SEK 1 billion of the bonds may follow, subject to market conditions.

An issue of hybrid bonds will further strengthen Klövern's financial position and will be reported as equity.
