Company sells 31.47 million shares to finance its exploration projects

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 9 - Klondike Gold Corp. said it settled a C$1.75 million final tranche of a C$3.15 million private placement of stock. Haywood Securities Inc. was paid a finder's fee.
The company sold 31.47 million common shares at C$0.10 apiece, with 17.47 million shares sold in the final tranche. The price per share represents a 41.18% discount over the Feb. 8 closing share price of C$0.17.
Proceeds will be used to advance mineral exploration projects in the Yukon and British Columbia.
The gold explorer is based in Vancouver, B.C.
