Credit Suisse circulates memo for Klockner lender call on Wednesday

Portland, Ore., Oct. 4 – Credit Suisse circulated a save-the-date memo to lenders for a conference call at 10:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday involving Klockner Pentaplast, according to a market source.

The issuer ratings are B1 from Moody's Investors Service and B from S&P.

The borrowing entities are KP Germany Erste GmbH, Klockner Pentaplast GmbH and Klockner Pentaplast of America, Inc.

The prospective borrower is a Montabaur, Germany manufacturer of rigid plastic film solutions.
