Klockner to start roadshow mid-week for €350 million 10-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, April 15 - Klockner Investment SCA plans to begin a roadshow during the middle of the April 18 week for its €350 million offering of 10-year senior notes, according to market sources.

JP Morgan and Barclays Capital have the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering, which has no registration rights.

The notes will be non-callable for five years.

Credit ratings in the low single-B range are anticipated.

Proceeds will be used to fund the leveraged buyout of the company.

Klockner, a multi-metal distribution company, has headquarters in Duisburg, Germany.
