New Issue: Klein ISD of Texas, brings to market $80 million of schoolhouse bonds

New York, Jan. 13 – The Klein Independent School District of Texas sold $80 million of series 2015 unlimited tax schoolhouse bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) were sold competitively.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2040 with a term bond due in 2045. The serial coupons range from 2.7% to 4%. The 2045 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 105.644.
Proceeds will be used to finance the construction, equipment and acquisition of school buildings in the district.
