KKR Financial's 7.375% series A preferreds admitted to trading on NYSE

Minneapolis, Jan. 28 - KKR Financial Holdings LLC's 7.375% series A LLC preferred shares have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The shares trade under the symbol "KFP."

The company priced $373.75 million of the preferreds, including a $48.75 million greenshoe, on Jan. 17.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

The San Francisco-based specialty finance company will use the proceeds from the sale for general corporate purposes, including payments made in connection with the repurchase, redemption or conversion of senior debt.
