KKR Alternative Corporate Opportunities funds drop manager Goltz

San Diego, Dec. 17 - The KKR Alternative Corporate Opportunities Fund P and its master fund, the KKR Alternative Corporate Opportunities Fund, said that Frederick M. Goltz is no longer a portfolio manager to the funds, according to separate 497 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Christopher A. Sheldon, William C. Sonneborn, Jamie M. Weinstein, Nathaniel M. Zilkha and Erik A. Falk remain as portfolio managers.

San Francisco-based KKR Asset Management LLC is the funds' investment adviser.
