S&P rates Kiwi Capital notes BB+, perpetual notes BB

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BB+ issue credit rating to Kiwi Capital Funding Ltd.'s term subordinated notes and its BB issue credit rating to the company's perpetual subordinated notes.

Kiwi Capital is a sister company of Kiwibank Ltd. (A+/negative/A-1); the parent of both Kiwi Capital and Kiwibank is New Zealand Post Ltd. (A+/negative/A-1).
