S&P changes Kite Realty view to positive

S&P said it revised the outlook to positive from stable and affirmed all ratings on Kite Realty Group Trust, including the BBB- issuer credit rating.

“Our positive outlook incorporates our expectation for S&P Global Ratings-adjusted debt to EBITDA to remain in the low- to mid-5x area over the next two years, with growth funded in a leverage-neutral manner,” S&P said in a news release.
