Kirk Corp. bankruptcy case closed, Chapter 7 trustee discharged

Wilmington, Del., Oct. 15 - Kirk Corp.'s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case has been closed, and the Chapter 7 trustee has been discharged, according to an Oct. 15 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Northern Illinois.

Kirk, an employee-owned homebuilder based in Streamwood, Ill., filed for bankruptcy on May 12, 2009. Its Chapter 7 case number is 09-17236.
