Kirkas buys back all €7.54 billion floating-rate asset-backed notes

Kansas City, Kan., Dec. 15 - Kirkas Northern Lights Ltd. repurchased €7,535,000,000 floating-rate asset-backed notes due 2090 on Thursday, according to an announcement from the London Stock Exchange.

The notes were subsequently canceled.
