S&P upgrades Kiowa Power bonds

S&P said it upgraded the ratings on Kiowa Power Partners LLC’s senior secured bonds to A from A-.

“We raised the rating to reflect the project's stable operating profile, and our higher forecasted coverage as a function of the project's declining debt service obligations, and our view that the project will maintain consistently strong liquidity relative to total debt,” S&P said in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
