Stilwell buys more than 2.61 million shares of Kingsway for 7.66% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 7 - Stilwell Value Partners III purchased 2,618,200 shares of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. common stock for a total of approximately $15.72 million between Sept. 8 and Nov. 5, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Stilwell beneficially owns 4,217,600 shares, or 7.66%, of the Mississauga, Ont., property and casualty insurance company.
