New Issue: Amplifon prices €350 million 1 1/8% seven-year notes at mid-swaps plus 140 bps

New York, Feb. 7 – Amplifon SpA priced €350 million 1 1/8% senior notes due 2027 (BB+) at 99.253 to yield 1.237%, or a spread of 140 basis points over mid-swaps, according to a market source.

Joint bookrunners of the Regulation S notes were BNP Paribas, HSBC, ING, Mediobanca, and UniCredit (global coordinator).

The proceeds will be used primarily to repay existing debt, with remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes, including funding for investments and capital expenditures.

The new notes may be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s euro MTF Market or another trading venue.

Amplifon is a hearing aid distributor based in Milan.
