Atlanta, April 19 - Kings Minerals NL said it plans to raise A$4 million in a private placement.
The company is offering 26,666,667 shares at A$0.15 each to domestic and foreign institutional investors.
Hartleys Ltd. is the placement agent.
The offering is expected to close April 26.
Based in Queensland, Australia, Kings Minerals is a mineral exploration company. The proceeds will be used to advanced exploration at its Cerro del Gallo property in Mexico.
