New Issue: EvergreenHealth, Wash., brings to market $62.74 million refunding bonds

New York, Nov. 21 – The King County Public Hospital District No. 2 of Washington State priced $62.74 million of series 2015 limited tax general obligation refunding bonds for EvergreenHealth, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3) were sold through Piper Jaffray & Co.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2031 with 3.625% to 5% coupons and 0.39% to 3.85% yields.
Proceeds will be used to refund the district’s series 2006 improvement and refunding G.O. bonds.
