King County, Wash., plans to sell $60.22 million G.O. BANs June 7

New York, June 1 - King County in Washington State is gearing up to sell $60.215 million in series 2010 limited tax general obligation bond anticipation notes on June 7, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes, which are due June 15, 2011, will be sold competitively with Seattle-Northwest Securities Corp. as the financial adviser.

Proceeds from the deal will be used to provide interim financing for upgrades to the county's budget, finance, human resources, payroll and benefits computer systems.
