Knoxville, Tenn., May 17 - Kinetex Resources Corp. said it raised C$1.41 million in a private placement of stock. The deal priced on May 5.
The company sold 3,525,000 common shares at C$0.40 per share.
Proceeds will be used to fund the company's growth.
Kinetex is an oil, gas and mineral exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
