Kindred Healthcare to draw on revolver for IntegraCare acquisition

New York, Aug. 20 - Kindred Healthcare Inc. plans on using borrowings under its revolving credit facility and cash on hand to fund the $71 million purchase of IntegraCare Holdings Inc. from Flexpoint Ford LLC, according to a news release.

Closing is expected this quarter, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions.

Kindred Healthcare is a Louisville, Ky.-based healthcare services company. IntegraCare is a Grapevine, Texas-based provider of home health, hospice and community services.
