KinderCare readies loan lender call for Wednesday afternoon

New York, Aug. 1 – KinderCare (Kuehg Corp.) is scheduled to hold a call at 1 p.m. ET on Wednesday for credit facility lenders, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the lead on the deal.

KinderCare, formerly known as Knowledge Universe, is a Portland, Ore.-based provider of early childhood care and education services.
