S&P gives Kinder Morgan notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned its BBB- issue-level rating to Kinder Morgan Inc.'s proposed senior notes due 2028 and 2048.

The corporate credit rating is BBB- and the outlook is stable.

The company intends to use net proceeds to repay commercial paper and borrowings under its revolving credit facility, as well as for general corporate purposes.
