Fitch rates Kinder Morgan notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it rated Kinder Morgan Inc.’s planned senior unsecured notes BBB.

The agency affirmed Kinder Morgan’s BBB rating on May 20.

The company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including commercial paper repayment and refinancing of upcoming maturities.

The outlook is stable.
