Kinder Morgan plans to price offering of senior notes

Los Angeles, Feb. 8 – Kinder Morgan, Inc. plans to price senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays, CIBC World Markets Corp., SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., TD Securities (USA) LLC, Commerz Markets LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, PNC Capital Markets LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and Truist Securities, Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing upcoming debt maturities.

The energy infrastructure company is based in Houston.
