Knoxville, Tenn., July 1 - Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, LP plans a $75 million registered direct offering of common units, according to a prospectus supplement filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 1,167,315 common units at $64.25 per unit.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Kinder Morgan is a pipeline company based in Houston.
