Fitch affirms Kincaid

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the BBB- rating on Kincaid Generation LLC's $158.6 million of outstanding senior secured bonds due 2020. The outlook is stable.

The agency said the key rating drivers are the company's competitive merchant position, stable operating profile and uncertain environmental regulations.
