S&P affirms Kimco Realty

Standard & Poor’s said it affirmed its BBB+ corporate credit rating on Kimco Realty Corp. and affirmed the BBB+ senior unsecured note and BBB- preferred stock ratings.

The outlook is stable.

S&P said the affirmation follows S&P’s revision of its assessment of Kimco’s business risk profile to “strong” from “satisfactory.”
