Kimberly-Clark to price notes due 2050 via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 30 – Kimberly-Clark Corp. plans to sell notes due 2050, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call feature until six months prior to maturity and then are callable at par.

The bookrunners are Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The consumer paper products company is based in Irving, Tex.
