Kimberly-Clark in the market with offering of 30-year notes

Charlotte, N.C., July 26 – Kimberly-Clark Corp. plans to sell 30-year notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, acquisitions, stock repurchases, capital expenditures and debt repayment.
The consumer paper products company is based in Irving, Texas.
