Kimberly-Clark selling $500 million notes due 2020, 2025 Tuesday

Virginia Beach, Feb. 24 – Kimberly-Clark Corp. is planning a $500 million offering of notes (A2/A/) in two parts on Tuesday, according to a market source and a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering is expected to include notes due 2020 and 2025.

The bookrunners are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The consumer paper products company is based in Irving, Texas.
