Fitch to give Kimberly-Clark notes A

Fitch Ratings said it will assign an A rating to Kimberly-Clark Corp.'s two senior unsecured notes issuances comprised of a floating-rate note due May 2016 and a fixed-rate note due May 2019.

The amounts and interest rates have not been determined.

The 2016 notes are not redeemable prior to maturity.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
