New Issue: Kimberly-Clark prices $600 million 2% 10-year notes with 48 bps spread

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 28 – Kimberly-Clark Corp. priced $600 million of 2% 10-year senior notes (A) on Thursday at 99.486 to yield 2.046% or a spread of Treasuries plus 48 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BBVA Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the active lead managers. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is a passive lead manager.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The consumer paper products company is based in Irving, Tex.
