Kimberly-Clark to price notes due 2027 via three bookrunners
Chicago, Sept. 8 – Kimberly-Clark Corp. plans to offer dollar-denominated notes due 2027, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes have a make-whole call and a par call. The par call date is two months before the maturity date of the notes.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are joint bookrunners.
The company plans to use proceeds from the offering for its Softex Indonesia acquisition.
The consumer paper products company is based in Irving, Tex.
