Kimberly-Clark to price notes due 2030 via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 24 – Kimberly-Clark Corp. plans an offering of dollar-denominated notes due March 2030, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call feature and then are callable at par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including to repay a portion of the company’s commercial paper.

The consumer paper products company is based in Irving, Tex.
