Kimball Hill creditors committee loses one member

Portland, Ore., Oct. 6 - Kimball Hill, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee decreased the company's official committee of unsecured creditors by one member, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

The committee no longer includes Tim O'Brien of Cesari Response Television, Inc., Seattle.

The creditors committee continues to include Cindy Woodward, indenture trustee, U.S. Bank, NA, St. Paul, Minn.; Stephen J. Cooke of SMH Capital Advisors, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas; Jon Simon of California National Bank, Los Angeles; Jamie Hadac of Tower Crossing Homeowner's Association, Rosemont, Ill.; Stacy L. Lapham of Masco Builder Cabinet Group, Taylor, Mich.; and David Groom of Builders Gypsum Supply, Houston.

Kimball Hill, a Rolling Meadows, Ill.-based homebuilder, filed for bankruptcy on April 23. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10095.
