Knoxville, Tenn., May 14 – Kilroy Realty, LP will offer $250 million of senior notes in two tranches, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal priced on May 11.
The notes include $50 million of 4.3% series A notes due July 18, 2026 and $200 million of 4.35% series B notes due Oct. 18, 2026.
Barclays and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including development projects.
Kilroy Realty is a Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust with office and mixed-use submarkets along the West Coast. The notes are guaranteed by general partner Kilroy Realty Corp.
