S&P upgrades Kilroy Realty

Standard & Poor’s said it raised its corporate credit rating on Kilroy Realty Corp. and its operating partnership, Kilroy Realty LP, to BBB from BBB-. The outlook is stable.

“The upgrade primarily reflects the company’s execution of its development strategy and early-cycle pivot toward Northern California, which have resulted in strong operating performance and better credit metrics,” said S&P credit analyst Jaime Gitler in a news release.
