Kilroy Realty selling $250 million 10-year senior notes on Monday

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 7 - Kilroy Realty LP (Baa3/BBB-/) plans to issue $250 million of 10-year senior unsecured notes on Monday, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including acquiring properties, funding development and redevelopment projects and repaying outstanding debt.

Kilroy is a Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust.
