Amphenol increases revolver size by $250 million

New York, Nov. 21 - Amphenol Corp. increased the size of its revolving credit facility to $1 billion from $750 million by using the accordion feature contained in the agreement, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.

The increase was completed on Nov. 15.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the deal.

Amphenol is a Wallingford, Conn.-based producer of electronic and fiber optic connectors, cable and interconnect systems.
