City of Kiev to start roadshow for $250 million in 10-year notes this week

New York, Oct. 11 - The City of Kiev plans to start a roadshow for a $250 million offering of 10-year notes (B2/B+) this week, according to a market source.

The European tour will run from this Thursday through Monday. The roadshow will then move to New York on Tuesday, to Boston on Wednesday and finish off on the West Coast on Thursday.

Proceeds will be used to fund the city's budget.

Citigroup and Credit Suisse First Boston are running the Rule 144A/Regulation S transaction.

Credit Suisse First Boston will issue the loan participation notes.
