Fitch: Kyiv outlook negative

Fitch Ratings said it revised the City of Kyiv's outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the BB- long-term foreign- and local-currency ratings, B short-term foreign-currency rating and AA+(ukr) national long-term rating.

The agency said the outlook change follows the revision of Ukraine's outlook to negative from stable due to a growing risk of a currency crisis and deteriorating financial fundamentals.
