New Issue: Kidville concludes $1.05 million placement of convertible preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 20 - Kidville, Inc. completed a $1.05 million private placement of 13% series A cumulative convertible preferred stock on Feb. 19, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2,618,750 preferreds. Investors also received warrants for 916,563 common shares, exercisable at $0.65.
Based in New York, Kidville operates large upscale facilities that cater to newborns through five-year-olds and their families.
