Kid Brands reports $921,692 net loss on zero revenue for July period

New York, Sept. 22 – Kid Brands Inc. reported a net loss of $921,692 for July on zero net revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In comparison, the company reported a net loss of $3.43 million on $767,965 in net revenue for June 19 to June 30.

The company had $449,719 in cash and cash equivalents at July 31, dropping from $523,087 at the end of June.

Kid Brands, an East Rutherford, N.J.-based designer, importer, marketer and distributor of infant and juvenile consumer products, filed for bankruptcy June 18 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-22582.
