New Issue: Khazanah Nasional prices $750 million 3.035% notes due 2021 at par

Atlanta, Feb. 24 – Malaysia’s Khazanah Nasional Bhd. priced $750 million five-year notes at par to yield 3.035%, or Treasuries plus 178 basis points, on Tuesday, a market source said.

CIMB, DBS Bank and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Khazanah is the investment holding arm of the government of Malaysia and manages the government’s commercial assets.
